nokia sets a new world record what's up guys and it's Nokia back in the news once again they have done something pretty impressive plus they also took a major decision that could turn the fate of the company now I know we get excited about the under screen camera and Fulmer phones but this is also equally exciting and intriguing Nokia has set a world record five G speeds beating out Huawei yes back in November we reported that Huawei has conducted a fighty test in collaboration with tor telecom and they achieved a whopping speeds of 2.9 6gb per second it was pretty impressive
but Nokia has raised the bar so Nokia tested its network in Dallas Texas utilizing the millimeter 5g wave spectrum and dual connectivity they managed to achieve the 5g speeds of up to 4.7 gb per second that is almost twice what Huawei did it's absolutely insane
imagine having this speed on your phone you would download gta5 in a matter of seconds that's just one example that is on top of my head but it's really really impressive Nokia definitely is another player in the 5g game they can definitely be a rival to Huawei and they could provide the best end-to-end 5g solution to operators around the globe soon one day we'll have these ridiculous speeds on our phones like it or not 5g is definitely awesome also Nokia just took a major and I mean major decision that I think will make or break the company they hired the former European head of marketing add one plus Adam Ferguson
here's what Adam said in his official statement he really well used the brand loyalty that Nokia has and the impact they have on the tech world most importantly he says that he will bring to the table what we expect to see at the accessible price that is definitely a very familiar concept that we have seen in 1 + if you look at 1 + flashy phones there still are cheaper than competition which is awesome so this strategy can definitely help Nokia since its Nokia the brand power is still there in the name Adam will be the head of marketing and not long ago they hired a former chief marketing officer at Samsung Europe Stefan Taylor
with the right mind Nokia can truly step up its game Nokia is gearing up to launch its ultimate Galaxy Note 20 and iPhone 12 the Nokia 9.3 5g phone this phone is set to rock Nokia's latest spenta camera made in collaboration with designs it could be the first flagship phone to have 8k 30fps video capability in addition to a very impressive overall camera specs and snapping in here 65 5g ready and possibly if it's reliable we might see the under screen camera but in the end I think it will all depend on how this phone will be prised compared to the best of Samsung and the best of Apple I think hiring one of the best minds behind oneplus is definitely a major good decision now speaking of one plus they have disabled probably the coolest feature on a smartphone camera aka what fans are calling x-ray camera
this is a color filter that oneplus added that could see through some materials including thin clothing as this news gained momentum and we had videos about this topic oneplus connected the decision of disabling this filter function in its next software update as of now oneplus is only disabling its color filter camera in China I think it's a pretty cool feature to have on your phone I've actually been playing around with it I don't really think it's that much of an issue but always say there were the people out there that will blow everything out of proportion so oneplus could actually disable this worldwide as well in addition to China but we'll have to wait and see what the response will be but currently China will not gonna get this functionality let me know your thoughts on this do you think it's that much of an issue that this should get rid of it drop a comment
